Dr. Kelly, OTD, OTR/L — I’m a licensed occupational therapist serving individuals and families throughout South Jersey, and I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical, and respectful of your real life — not rushed or clinical.

I was drawn to occupational therapy after seeing close family members struggle with mobility and independence. That experience shaped how I practice today: focusing on what actually matters in daily life, and meeting people where they are — both physically and emotionally.

By providing therapy in the home, I’m able to better understand routines, environments, and challenges that don’t always show up in a clinic setting. This allows care to feel more relevant, more comfortable, and more effective over time.

Whether I’m working with a child, an adult recovering from injury, or someone focused on maintaining independence, my goal is always the same — to help people feel more confident, capable, and supported in their everyday lives.

Pediatric & Families

Our pediatric occupational therapy services help children develop the skills needed for everyday activities such as play, self-care, attention, and coordination. By providing therapy in the home, we’re able to work within familiar routines and environments, helping children feel more comfortable while supporting meaningful progress.

Adults

We offer adult occupational therapy for individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic or neurological conditions. Therapy focuses on improving strength, mobility, and independence in daily activities — all within the setting where those activities actually occur.

Our goal is to help adults feel more capable and confident in their everyday lives at home.

Seniors

Our senior occupational therapy services are designed to help older adults remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. We address mobility, balance, fall prevention, and daily living skills, with care that respects each person’s routines and goals.

In-home therapy allows us to focus on real-world safety and long-term independence.

Pelvic Floor

We provide pelvic floor therapy in the privacy of your home, offering discreet and respectful care for individuals experiencing pelvic floor concerns. Treatment is personalized, supportive, and focused on improving comfort, function, and confidence in daily life.
