I’m a licensed occupational therapist, Director of Therapy at BackToMe Therapy, and developer of the BackToMe Care Method, serving individuals and families throughout South Jersey. I believe therapy should feel supportive, practical, and respectful of your real life — not rushed or clinical.

I was drawn to occupational therapy after seeing close family members struggle with mobility and independence. That experience shaped how I practice today: focusing on what actually matters in daily life and meeting people where they are — both physically and emotionally.

I’m also deeply committed to supporting children and their families through a holistic, individualized approach to occupational therapy. Children are more than a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. Their sensory needs, routines, environment, relationships, interests, and everyday experiences all play a role in how they participate and develop. My goal is to understand the whole child and help families develop practical strategies that support confidence, independence, and meaningful participation in daily life.

By providing therapy in the home, I’m able to better understand routines, environments, and challenges that don’t always show up in a clinic setting. This allows care to be built around the activities and situations a person encounters every day, making therapy more relevant, comfortable, and practical.

This philosophy also led me to develop the BackToMe Care Method, our approach to providing occupational therapy beyond the traditional clinic model. It focuses on understanding the individual within their real environment, addressing meaningful everyday activities, and providing practical support that can carry beyond the therapy session.

Whether I’m working with a child, an adult recovering from injury, or someone focused on maintaining independence and safety at home, my goal is always the same — to help people feel more confident, capable, and supported in their everyday lives.
